Sarah woke me up today, Wished me happy Birthday (For the second time because she called yesterday). I Chatted her up for a while and it's good to hear her voice.

Jumped in the shower. This may seem weired, but i think i might have grown. When i streched my arm out it just seemed unusally long.

Went to Olive Garden (My fav restraunt) It was my parents treat. I ate a huge meal, and it was sooo good. Then went to look for a TV i'm gonna get to put in my room. I couldn't find one, But i'll find a deal.

After i got home. Called Candice, but she was swamped with work.

Now i plan on planting myself infront of the TV and playin some SOCOM aswell.

Jocelyn is coming back next weekend. I can't wait to hook up with them.

So, Before i start. I found the pic of the guy surfing while i was in Cali:


So i guess this post shoudl really start thursday around 7 in the am. This is when i got up, and got ready for my last test. I got a ride to Brentwood, took the bus. Did the test, and hurried home. Once i was done sean and i planned on goin to Lethbridge to do some Bikin. The night before i called my sis(who lives in LB) and i asked if she wouldn't mind having two dirtbags stay over night, She agreed. As soon as i finished the test i got home as quick as i could. I saw Calvin Chan on the train. It was koo We chatted a good long time. We weren't really great frineds in Highschool, but non-the-less it was plesent. In the middle of a story some Mormen recruter came and interrupted me. I gotta say that was definatly annoying. Not the fact he was pushing his religion on me, but that he interrupted my story.

So after being attacked by the Mormen, I took the bus home (Funny Comic i found on the bus) and got ready for the road trip.Sean came shortly after i got home. We were gonna use my bike rack to haul our bikes up there. but because of a sunfire's oddly shaped rear end the rack dosn't fit right. This became apparent as we saw Sean's bike almost fall off as we were flying 110 Km/h down the highway. So we riged it up with a snowboard leash and she was solid.

After a shakey start... Going the wrong way, Turning on to the wrong street... We were on the way. It was like 2 - 3 hours of driving. There was much laughter and rapping. Ra Ra Rasputin Blastin. Definatly a good time. This drive was punctuated by the smell of cow shit. After that we kinda got hungry, so we stopped at an A&W for some food. Sean oderes first and we are cahhtin up the lady working and whatnot. I am standing at the counter waiting to place my order. Some crazy lady comes in and asks what types of jusice they have. "Apple and Orange" was the reply. So she decided to get one of each "to go". So i thought: "Yea, Definatly help the crazy lady out first, I mean she's crazy... It's the polite thing to do". So then there is some guy standing behind me. he steps up to the cash and orders. So now that i realize that i've been skipped i go to then end of the line to correct my mistake (the line was Him then Me) So i lean over to Sean and say: "Us City Boys don't know how things are done around here".

FINALLY we get into the LB. Now we need to find the skate park. We pull into a shopping center and ask some of the locals where it was... We thought the teens would know... Apparently not. It ended up that some mom knew where it was and drew us a map. So 20 to 30 min later we are actually riding.

We jump out of the car get out bike and dash towards the skatepark. But we find that we have to cross this big dirt feild... Well it was a BMX track that was being built, There were two jumps that were actually built. So we said we will come back to it later. Now we look around and see that there is a fence all the way around this place. How do you fricken get to this damn skatepark? Well it took a few trys but you had to go AROUND the back of the puilding to get there. The skate park was hella fun and well worth it. So we rode there until it was dark. Then we decide to go play on the BMX track. It was fun. Except in the dark, i found that i have poor depth perception... I found this out because i tried a 270 hip... and fell. I got the end of my bars in my leg and that hurt. So we call it a night and head to my sisters to eat/watch OC. So we get there and i offer to make KD because we all know that i am the only one with formal cooking training and experince. BUT NO... My sis decides to take us out to dinner for my Bday. I said to her: "Heather, your letting us stay here, want to repay your gratitude" Heather: "Well Jeff, it's your birthday and i'll take you out for dinner... you better take it because your not gettign anything else". So with this display of Sister-ly love i accepted.

After a delicios Chicken Quasidilla we went back to Heather's and watched the OC. Now here is a personal delima i came across. With Sarah, i got addicted to the OC, but she started me off on the first season... BUT she picked up and moved away before i could see the rest of the first season. So i was in quite the conundrum. But it all worked out... I fell asleep during the show.

So after a refreshing Power nap. Sean and i go to ride the U of L. I honestly have to say that at the U of L we walked more then rode. You see the U of L is built in a coulee. So we coasted all the way down... And parked all the way at the top. So we definatly got a nice little work out. It was VERY disapointing.

So we herd that there was some awesome street riding downtown. We go down town... or so we thought...the LB isn't that big of place...DT in LB isn't like Calgary. Not even close. So we stopped at a 7Eleven to ask directions to go DT. She laughs at us "City Boys" and we were on our way. We drive and park DT and we get out and start riding around. And we notice that there is NOTHING to ride... absolutely nothing to ride. So we think there has GOT to be something. We pass by this bench and then we start grinding it. Then we realize that THIS was the best street riding that LB has to offer.

After being disapointed till like 1 we went home and busted out the first season of the OC. Heather was in bed... She has a job to go to in the morening. So Sean and i turn ir down and watch the lives of some interesting teens unfold. As the theme song fills my heart with thought of teen drama i realize that i feel guilty... like i took candy from a baby... like i cheated on a GF...The OC is not the same with out Sarah... I definatly felt bad. I miss that kid.

After watching Oliver get his crazy ass arrested we called it a night.

So i told my sis to wake me up when she leaves for work at 7 in the am. Cuz then Sean and i can get ready, eat and go riding by 9. That way we can have a nice long session.... She woke me up... I think i might have said words, but i just went right back to bed. Sean woke me up at 11 and we were out the door by 11:15. We got to the skatepark and there were only like 5 or 6 grommets there otherwise it was empty. The good thing about Grommets is that A) The respect anyone wo is better then them. 2) They stay in a group and stay in one area c) Once you bust out a trick and they see, then will get the hell out of your way when you are riding a line.

So Sean and i do some tricks. Sean and his Hips, 180 to roll-back, and Spine, Definatly got their attention. I was doing some 180s to fall down, 180 tailtaps, Fufanous, Grinding, and tabling off the pyramid. And just to show off i tried a couple of double bar spins...(only got one and a half).

So i had to work at 5 today... I got home at 430 showered, Changed and got to work on time. I gotta say that i am lookin forward to some SLEEP.

After work, I got out of the shower and i looked at my phone and i saw that i had some Text Messages. I read them and i had to laugh because it was Telus wishing me a happy birthday and that io get free calls on my bday. I thought that was a nice gesture.

So, Staurday. I was all excited for Steve's goin away party. Where's he goin? He's goin DOWN UNDER. Anyways, So, Dan and i decide we'll go take the bus up to Crowfoot hit the liquer store then take a bus to dalhousie and walk to Steves. No problem right? Well the 50min wait for the bus put us off, Do Dan called Brennen who agreed to give us a ride. So we headed over to Wendy's and grabbed some food. We ate, then waited, Then decided to shot gun a beer. Brennen pulled up shortly after. Then down to tylers. Waited there for a bit, Dan and i shotgunned another beer. Now go and pick up Darti and Jesse, After getting them we are off to steve's

We show up, Steves extended family is there. And i get introduced around. Steve's mom has us sign a flag that Steve is taking with him. So i sign happily: "Happy Birthday Steven, Jeff Macarone". So Dan says: "Hey Jeff Why did you write happybirthday? It's not his birthday". WOW did i feel like a moron. So now i run away and start drinking. I had one beer then Dan wants me to go shotgun another, Then i ask Bow for a Redbull and Vodka, Then i have to shotgunn another, and another....

It's about now that i annot remember alot. But i remember sitting outside puking alot. Then i came inside and puked in the bathroom, Then i was thrown into the bathtub and people put stuff on me and took Pics. I remember puking in the bathtub too.

Then i'm sure i stumbled around and made an ass outof myself some more and then puked some more. FUCK i do not know what did me in. But it'll be a little while before beer will hit these lips.

So Anyways, I remember being outside puking and Steve's dad picking me up and taking me inside. And i step inside and i was about to puke when before i knew it i had my head in the sink. Quick acting on Mr. Potter's part. Then he walks me to the couch to sleep it off. So from then till about 1130 the next morning i slept.

I woke because my phone rang. It was my mother asking Where the hell i was. I told her i was at steves. Then she yelled at me and told me to get my ass home. So i was like Yea i'm on my way. Then i passed out for a while. Then woke up around 1230 and stepped into steves room where Brennen and Steve are chillin out. Later they tell me about how wasted i was. I had to cut their stories short because i went up to the bathroom to dry heave. After that i came down stairs and saw some of the pics of me passed out in the bathtub.

After that Brennen gave me a ride home and i went downstairs into my bathroom, Puked. Then went to bed and passed out for a good few hours.


You ask: Why tell this embarassing story?... Because if i don't then someone else will. And don't drink Redbull and Vodka....

Boredom Post

So, I'm bored as hell... Not for lact of trying. I have Justing has plans, I called up Candice and she was ready to hang out but she had to go to a Dinner party.

So this is what you kids will get tonight. I How-To Guide to making a Slide Lock on my BB gun:

So, First me need to take out gun apart. Remove the pins, And take the slide off:


Now you have to take it apart even more, but i was too lazt to take my gun apart SO... You can see from thi pic you need to cut off some of the saftey:


Now you take the side peice and cut back the Rails so that the saftey will slide up far enough to catch the Slide:


Now re-assemble the main bar of the gun, Put the slide on with out the spring and see where the saftey meets the slide. I took a marker and marked a line there the saftey hit. Then i drew a little triangle to cut out. Make sure your triangle is cut the right was so as to stop the slide:


Now put the gun back together properly, and your ready to go. I really like it because you can have the slide locked back, then you put in the clip and release the slide and it will chamber a bb. Plus it's hella cool. Makes me feel like a boondock Sait haha.

The other day i wrote my Social Diploma Essay.... Pretty Easy, I finished in a hour and 5 min.

That night went and hung out with Justin and Mike. We Were gonna go pick up a BB gun for justin's bro, but it wasn't in stock. We decided to go eat at BPs and it was good, I decided to give the waitress a hard time by asking what she would recomend, Then ordering the opposite...haha So we came back to my house and shot our BB guns. That was fun except Justin shot me in the ass and it hurt.

Did nothing for a few days.

Tonight went bikin with Sean Downtown and Milly. It was hella fun. We went to Milly and we hit the normal stuff. Sean met a guy who might sell his frame, He was kinda weird. He took us to his apartment to get Sean's info. Thought i might get raped... But i'm ok.

Went down town. There was this three set and infront were some ladies. So we felt the need to impress. So i hopped up the three set, Then bar-spinned down the set. I was stoked about that. rode around O'Clair, Went into Joey Tomatoes for some fruit bursts They were good. The waitress was a babe.

On the way back to Milly we saw some hookers, I told Sean that i should go ask if i did a koo trick if she's give me a BJ... but then he informed me that it was probably better for my health if i didn't have relations with those women.

Went back to Milly to check out this DJ, Sean was about to hit it when his bike died, Bow did some shitty for on it. So he will be having a comversation with them tomorrow.

Went to Timmy's Got the BLT, Chocolate Donut, and a Hot Chocolate. Soo Good. Sean showed me his massive musical talents when he started bustin out on the Cup. It was like Krunk Juice.

The ride home, West Side Till i die.... Listened to some 2pac rhymes and beats. As well as the OC theme.

Before goin riding i tured my wheel and just generally tuned the bike. So last time i went riding i found out that because of grinding that my pedal was totally bald. So i tried to put some screws in, but they fell out. So i decided that i would just tak eout all the pins and put them on one side of the pedal and have the other side flat for grinding... Worked Perfectly....

Damn Rent-A-Cop

So, It turns out that i didn't go to Schanks the other night, Because Anna was too busy buying bras and not Beers...

So tonight. i planned on staying home alone and watching some SNL. But then Sean Tarnizzle calls me up and asks if i want to sesh up some Crowfoot. I asked how cold it was out, He said it wasn't bad. So we went and rode around and grabed a Starbucks Mochchino to warm up. It was good, I was warm but the only part of me that really got cold was my brake finger, Because it was on the cold metal lever. So it turns out that i didn't land the one trick i was trying all night. But hey at least i tried.

So last night i was bored and had nothing to do, I noticed the hammer for my BB gun wasfucked. I looked closer and i saw that the spring was busted. I went and took the gun apart to try and fix it. But in doing so i made the spring relese pop off and that spring came off. So now i have to take the gun COMPLETELY apart and then the Trigger spring pops off. SO as i sat there trying to force the spring back onto the trigger it shoots across the room and i thought i lost it. there is $55 down the drain. But i got down on my hands and knees looking for it and i found it. And after a little while i peiced it back together... Minus the hammer and broken spring. Then i took the hammer and cut the little nubs off that hinged it on the gun and drilled a hole so that a pertruding bit of metal would go inside the hole. I glued the hammer to the Slide and it looked awesome. I gotta say that i am pretty surprised that i took this gun to peices and still put it back together again to have it working properly.

So when i was done assembling my gun i turned around and looked at how messy my room was, i decided to clean it up. I mean that my room was one big shit hole. So after a good hour of work i cleaned it up, picked up over 100 bbs off the floor and brought my bike into my room. It was finished. I like how it looks. All i need now is a TV and it'll be complete.




After bikin, Came home watched some TV, Then talked to Justin and Kevin. We decided arounf 10 to go to Nottinghams and grab a pint. So There we are and we see a couple of people from Bowness and we said hello and chatted a bit. But we Decided to leave because fricken Notts dosn't have Chartruse! So we made the adventure up to Schanks to finish up the night the right way. So we get there settle in, and I saw An old Chalet coworker there so i definatly say hey and chat her up a bit. It was goot to see her (She's a babe). We go to order our drinks. Two broken down Golf carts and a Chartruse. BUT OH NO... They are out of Chartruse. So it was Two broken down Golf carts and a Jager. I think i had two of those. Then Kevin made me get Bacardi Limon Jager and a Broken down Golf cart. When i got back to the table with all these drinks in my hand i noticed how many emptys there were, 18 shot glasses and 6 glasses. So we finished that round and decided to leave. BUT NO.... Kevin decides we need another shot for the road. I politely decline. Then he offers to buy... Well how can i say no? Another shot of Barcardi Limon. Then we are off. We stumble out of schanks and walk towards Safeway. We notice the Rent-a-Cop driving around. At that moment i get the drucken idea that we should all throw snowballs at this rent-a-cop, but i am the only one smart enough to bring mitts. So i am elected the one to throw the snowball. So i duck behind a wall and then he drives by... AND I JUMP UP AND THROW IT... and i missed... So we ran around cineplex and came back to Safeway. This time at a diffrent location and there is a HUGE snowbank there, and what perfect timing. the rent-a-cop pulls around the corner. So i grabbed two snowballs and climb to the top of this massive snowbank and wait till he gets closer. THEN BAMM. I jumped up and threw one... I hit it first try, I had another one in my hand and i threw that one, and missed. So i turn around and see Justin and Kevin already running away. So i boot it away back to Schanks. We walked behing Revy and we saw this HUGE cube of snow just waiting to be toppled over. So i jumped up there and pushed it over. Then me and Kevin jumped onto it and got all snowy and cold. As we are walking away Kevin kicks his shoe at me, What an asshole. So i took his shoe and threw it across the street hahaha. He had to hop on one foot across the street to get it. Then we went to Esso to grab some Krispy Kream. Then it was homeward bound...

Let's see.

I had a long chat with Megan. That definatly cleared stuff up and put me at ease.

Um. I havn't been working because i booked off a bunch of days for my Exams. And i havn't gone to school the last two days because i didn't have to. I like not working... Remind me to marry someone for money.

Today, i was bored as hell. So Justin was up for doing something. So i said, Hey, let's go to Bowcycle and i'll get the Drop in Season 2 DVD. BUT NOO, Justin is too good for the the Calgary Transit system. So i argue with him so more and nothing. A few hours later he agrees. By now it's dark and -30°C out. So as we met at Mac's we decide to save the trip to Bow for another WARMER day. So we get our Steamer thingies and head for the Bus stop. So we pass some girls who do not know how to fill a tire. So I grabed the hose and filled the tire. And in a few min it was done. So we went to the bus stop and a few seconds later the girls come over and ask if we wanted a ride. Well as much as i like standing freezing my ass off i decided to take the ride.

Delicious Dinner, Justin and i were sharing some fond childhood memories. And Justin looks over and says: "Holy shit it's football head!" I reply: "What?" Justin: "Look at that guy's head it looks like a football... You know Hey Arnold". I laughed my ass off. Then Meriah comes over and chats. It was good.

After dinner went over to Justings to hang out. He showed me how good he is at shooping things. Then Anna decided that we are goin to Schanks tomorrow night. Woot.

I didn't do much today, Woke up to a call from an old friend. Then napped some more. Then went on to the comp and i watched some Anime off of the internet TV on Winamp. Did that for a good long time. Then i finally got dressed to go watch The Life aquatic with Justin and Kevin.

After the movie Justin Kevin and i decided to go GTin. First we went by Eric's house. We each took turns hitting this jump. Justin and i both ate it trying to land 180s.

Then we moved to some DEATH hill Kevin knew in Silver Springs. there was this HUGE launch ramp that someone had made. The first try i started at the top and i started going soo fast at it that i got scared and jumped off and the GT still went stright off it and launched like 15 feet. It had like two seconds of air time. The second try i went from like 20 feet above the jump and hit it.

So last night i was talking to Justin and he was blabing on about how good The life Aquatic was. So then i decided that i was not going to bed tonight without having seen that movie.

So i dragged Candice to it and it was good, I highly recomend it. After Candice and i went to BPs.

I thought it kind of funny the next day when I told my teacher that i saw the movie and i liked it (She didn't) and then i had to tell her i didn't have my HW done...
